Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself both on the inside and outside. Having a positive self-esteem means that you like yourself and are proud of the way you act, the things you do and the person you are.

If you have low self-esteem, you may not have confidence in yourself, or you may not think that you are good at things.

Nobody is perfect, or good at everything. But we all are good at certain things.
