Karana ate many foods including seeds, roots, abalone, and tuna (the plant, not the fish).
Unlike Karana, we have many choices to eat! We can choose to eat healthy foods or choose foods that are not very healthy.
One good way to remember to eat healthy is to choose foods from all the food groups of the Food Guide Pyramid. The pyramid tells us what foods to eat, how much of each food, and reminds us to be active each day. Here is a picture of the new Food Guide Pyramid.
