There are five easy things you can do to enjoy fast foods and live a healthy lifestyle!

1. Don’t buy the largest size!

Most of us do not need all the calories and fat from a really large burger or fries.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Choose plain hamburgers instead of double or even triple hamburgers.
  • Order small fries instead of the large.
  • Select smaller size sodas. Extra-large sodas contain almost a cup of sugar! Whoa!
  • If you do order a large size, share with a friend or family member.
