Here’s what you can do:
- Choose plain hamburgers instead of double or even triple hamburgers.
- Order small fries instead of the large.
- Select smaller size sodas. Extra-large sodas contain almost a cup of sugar! Whoa!
- If you do order a large size, share with a friend or family member.
